MY STORY

ABOUT

My journey into sound meditation began with the search for inner harmony. An injury left me housebound and in constant pain for months. I could no longer avoid the questions that quietly dogged my entire life, and I could not go back to who I was.

I stepped down as the chief executive of my hospitality company and spent years seeking answers amongst various wisdom traditions and healing modalities. Yoga became my path and nada yoga— the yoga of sound — became my offering. I chose to work with sound because its the creationary force of our universe, unique in its ability to infuse every cell in the body with energy and intention. It is ever-present and accessible to all, yet infinite in possibility. Exploring sound has led me to deeper realms of self-awareness, and towards greater contentment, peace and health.

I offer sound meditation in the hope that all beings may explore their own inner frontiers, and find the joy, love and peace that resides within all.
